Yep. Returns happen, it's ok! We want all of our customers to be 100% happy so have a look over these instructions and let us know if you have any issues.
If you wish to return Product(s) to us that are faulty we will:
Offer to send a replacement to you free of charge.
Refund you any reasonable charges you may have incurred returning the faulty products to us.
If you wish to return Product(s) to us that are not faulty:
We will refund you the cost of the Product(s) if returned within 21 calendar days since your purchase date.
Items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition they were received. Please make sure all items are free of hair.
Goods should be returned to us in the original packaging or similar. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

When returning goods we simply ask that you notify us by email and provide a reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 10 days.
In line with our returns policy, we are happy to provide an exchange for any items that are unused, unworn and in the same condition they were received. We simply ask that you notify us by email and we will arrange for your new items to be delivered once we receive your return.
