Can I return an item?
Yes - We want all of our customers to be 100% happy so returns are no problem!
Simply return your goods within 21 days from ordering with proof of purchase and a reason for the return and we’ll do the rest.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Any orders received on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
How do I reverse a Reversible Harness?
1. Unclip both ends of the chest strap and remove from the harness
2. Push the loop through the metal D-Ring
3. Turn the harness over to reveal the second pattern
4. Twist the chest strap so the buckles are curved the right way around
5. Push the chest strap back through the loop and reattach both clips.
6. The harness is now ready to be worn on the second design!
I’m not sure what size to buy
We know that sizing can be difficult, we’ve been there and experienced the disappointment of receiving an order that doesn’t fit.

Are you products only suitable for French Bulldogs?
No, all of our products are suitable for a number of small dogs and we love to see as many breeds as possible rocking our latest designs. Popular fur-friends include Pugs and Boston Terriers.

Can Love Frenchie products be washed?
Don’t panic when your pooch heads straight for the nearest puddle or pile of dirt - as they always seem to do!!
All of our products are durable and can be hand washed in cold water.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation, have you received my order?
When an order is placed we automatically send a confirmation email. If you did not receive your confirmation please;
Check your junk/spam folder
If you paid by PayPal, please check your PayPal account to see if the order was successful
If you are still unsure, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
With all orders please check our estimated delivery times and make sure you have allowed sufficient time for delivery;
UK 3 - 5 Days
Europe 4 - 6 Days
Worldwide. 7 - 10 Days

I ordered the wrong item, can I exchange products?
Yes, we are happy to provide an exchange for any items that are unused, unworn and in the same condition they were received.

How do I apply a Discount Code?
During the Checkout process you have the option to apply a Discount Code. Please make sure you click apply and check the discount is calculated before placing your order.
